Return & Exchange Policy We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit within 7 days of delivery. Delivery costs for returning items will be at customer’s expense. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were delivered to you. All items within a pack must be delivered back. Once items have been received by us, and we are satisfied with the quality and quantity of the items, a store credit will be issued. Exceptions may apply where contact has been made with us and an agreement has been agreed upon. If an item is faulty or damaged when delivered, we will replace the item/s, upon proof of damages within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, wear and tear is clearly visible or where items have been kept for longer than 7 days. It’s important to understand that some items / products are handmade and cut and therefore may not be cut perfectly. We take every measure to ensure all products are made and delivered in the best condition. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that our products are made by hand and accept any small imperfections.
